Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
We welcome both walk-in clients and booked in appointments. Appointments allow us to dedicate sufficient time and ensure your barber is available when you arrive. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Wait times are typically less than 30 minutes for haircuts. Because of this, we always recommend to our customers that they book so that they don't have to waste their time and their spot is always guaranteed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note we do not accept personal checks.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask customers who have booked appointments online or by phone to notify us of cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No-shows or last minute cancellations take away spots from other clients. Just give us a ring on our number down below to cancel any bookings you have made, which you are unable to make.
